While everyone was nice, the Dr.s & staff lied to me about "taking" my insurence. They are NOT in NETWORK with any insurence comapanies. They will submit your claims to them, but you end up paying more out of pocket to the doctor, & your insurence pays less on cleanings and other work you get done. If I had known this before I made my appt, I could have saved myself so much money by having my insurence pay for my cleanings 100% with a dentist that was in network with my plan. Dr. John always runs behind about 15-30 minutes, so if you have to be somewhere, i suggest you ask for Dr. Jennifer, she's always on time and doesn't talk your ear off. The girl who cleans teeth is really nice, but really slow and too talkitive during the cleanings. Front desk girl, is sweet and very, very helpful. She knows everyone and makes you feel very comfortable while waiting. One more down fall is that the prices are rasied about 2x/year. There becoming too expensive & will lose patients because of that.
