he misrepresents himself as a younger man. He seems to be aloof with other interests

I made an appointment for a wellness exam. I fasted all day then went to my 3:00 pm appointment. I guess the staff forgot why I was there and the people that take the blood went home at 4:00 without taking my blood. I had to come back the next day. I called two weeks later to get a copy of my results. The staff was rude and unprofessional.
