Dr. Anthony was my Urologist when I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. He guided me through the process of determining how I should deal with the cancer, helping me explore all options. I finally opted to have him do the surgery to remove the prostate. He did an excellent job, and I am cancer free today!! Dr. Anthony is an excellent Urologist, surgeon, and a great person to know. He guided me through the entire process like I was his friend. That was comforting especially when having to deal with cancer. I would recommend Dr. Anthony to anyone who is dealing with Prostate Canceer

He is a nice person but NOT who you want as your Dr if you have a potentially life threatening prostate cancer issue. Dr. Anthony uses old school and out of date biopsy methods. He relies upon an old random biopsy technique that has a high rate of missing tumors! More modern Drs use a targeted biopsy technique with the benefit of sonograms and MRI images to direct WHERE the biopsy should be taken. To add further insult to the lack of proper care, Dr Anthony did a blood test where the lab reported to him SIGNIFICANT indications of a tumor. He and his staff sat in this information and did not contact us for over a month. What caring Dr waits a month to tell someone they probably have cancer? Once we visited several other prostate Drs and learned about what are the newer more accepted methods of care, we realized unfortunately, Dr Anthony pales in comparison.

This guy must have cheated his way through med-school. Do not risk surgery with this "doctor"!

Arrogant and condescending. No showed for my post operative appointment. Wasn't able to diagnosis his own operative failures and complications. After months of dismissive follow-up visits I saw a different doctor, in the same practice, who was able to correctly diagnose my condition. I sincerely doubt this doctor's abilities as a urologist.

This doctor scheduled me for surgery. After I was hooked up to the I.V., and ready to be wheeled into the Operating Room, the charge nurse received a call that from the OR. We were informed that Dr. Anthony had not showed up yet. The nurse contacted his office and left a message. Ten minutes later he called from Indiana where he was playing golf. This was my second procedure with this doctor. The first procedure was done improperly and had to be repeated by another doctor. After he did not show up for my surgery, I found another urologist. This man was educated at Yale, but there is no evidence of this in his skill or behavior as a doctor. Save yourself some heartache. Steer clear of this one.
