Devoid of caring doesnt even feign interest evil

I wish we had read her reviews before seeing this person. She is EXACTLY as described by previous clients. I am a JCP of 24 years, and believe me, she is one of THE worst providers I have met in my extensive experience. We arrived to an empty office (I now know why). We were told there was an issue with his insurance. We were offered the chance to see her with us paying while our insurance (a Medicaid plan) was fixed, when we would then be reimbursed. We agreed, paying the astronomical amount of $162.50. At this time we were going through a difficult time, with our sole source of income being a disability check. We reluctantly agreed, knowing he needed to re-establish care again, with his health issues. She saw him approximately 20 minutes total, retrieving me out of the waiting room because he was in such a bad condition, barely able to hold himself together long enough to see her. This doctor had such a flat, uncaring expression on her face and in her eyes, it was unbelievable. She wanted us to retur, but we were unable to afford any more out of pocket payments, plus my husband didn't like her at all. We were practically guaranteed he would be assisted with starting a disability claim prior to seeing her. When we asked her about starting his claim, we were told she doesn't really do that!!!! Well, to top it off, when hubby got his insurance straightened out, we called them to give them the information and receive our greatly needed money back....no-go! They don't accept Medicaid, and the doc isn't even certified under medicaid!!!!!! I hope you hung with me through this tale, which does include a lot of personal information. I thought it pertinent for all to understand the TRUE extent of the entire laughability and injustice available to you at this office! I would give zeros or negatives to all categories if I could.

One of the worst doctors I've ever come across, she doesn't even pretend to care for her patients and has no compassion. I wonder how she even has a license... She made a very sarcastic and rude comment and was not helpful whatsoever; her staff isn't much better than she is. Do yourself a favor & see a different doctor that will treat you with respect and will genuinely try to help you. Dr. Dyson is not that person.
