Very professional, helped me out 2 times when emergency came up, I have moved away but always come back here for my dentistry needs.

Since Covid, the staff has seen major changes...As much as we were completely satisfied with the previous clerical employees in his practice, and this since some 20 years ago, even prior to Dr.V arrival, the overall feeling at the reception level seems to have changed to a lesser level of personal and caring attention. Luckily, Dr. V is a excellent dentist with excellent assistants.

Three weeks ago I had 4 fillings done by Dr Viznyak and since the freezing came out the first night, I have been in pain! I am now worried I will need a root canal as another dentist looked at my tooth and took an xray showing damage around the nerve. I had no pain prior to this appointment. After reading other reviews, I am even more concerned that there actually were no cavities to be fixed but it is too late to know now. Also, the freezing went right up into my eye which I have never experienced before and I have had a lot of freezing in my days. I was told that was normal. Finally, when asked if any discount was given to patients without insurance, I was told that was fraud. So I paid $1000 to this office to be in pain and search for relief elsewhere. BEWARE!!!

We just moved into the area and came into the office as new patients. The staff are wonderful, very accommodating and welcoming. We look forward to our next cleanings.

Dentist is wonderful professional but the previous staff at front desk were amazing to deal with the new staff there is very difficult to deal with we have been trying to straighten a situation since sept 2020 every month they say thank you and its all good next month the same issues again
done with dealing with front desk staff pulling our family out we have found a better situation again nothing to do with dentist only front desk

I read through these ratings and saw some people complaining. I don’t know if they’re commenting on the wrong dentist, but this is the first time I’ve gone and I have already decided he’s my dentist now. He explained everything thoroughly and we discussed choices. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt listened to and I’m really happy that I went there. I liked that he was very honest and the hygienist /assistant was also great! Everyone was friendly and I felt very comfortable and not nervous as I have been in other clinics. I am confident that they know what they’re doing and I left feeling really good about the whole experience.

My 19-year-old son had his two bottom impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Viznyak - and he did an absolute expert job on it. He was in no rush, waited patiently for the anesthetic to take effect, and constantly checked on my son's comfort level during the process. The entire procedure took about 40 minutes - and my son came through without any issues. Dr. Viznyak was very clear on what he was about to do (before the procedure) and filled in any missing details after the procedure. He was very personable, patient, and answered all of our questions clearly. He was also very clear and detailed on the post-op procedures and medications. When we were ready to leave, my son was still a little woozy, so Dr. Viznyak helped him from the chair to our van - down a set of stairs - and ensured that he was OK over the entire way. To top it off, Dr. Viznyak let us know that he would call us around 9:00 that night just to see if everything was going OK. He did call, and everything was going just fine. (The rest of the staff is top-notch as well - we've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any appointments that we've had; the only other reasons we've gone is for semi-annual cleanings. The secretaries and dental hygienists working for Dr. Viznyak are very friendly, organized, and talented.)

I went in to have sensitivity checked in one tooth. He pressured me into taking multiple x-rays. He then told me I had 6 cavities. I had 3 of them filled by a restorative woman. My bite was painfully off after this. I went to another dentist who fixed the bite and looked at the EXACT SAME x-rays and said I did not need ANY FILLINGS!!! (The Secretaries are always nice.)

We've been going to Dr. Viznyak for about 15 years. I don't expect everyone to love him, but when I read some of these negative reviews, I honestly don't know who they are talking about or what staff members these people could be interacting with. Dr. Viznyak is a very good dentist and he is also very caring. He is always friendly and cordial. His staff are beyond nice! The office is efficiently run and they are always on time, not to mention the place is so spotless, you could eat off the floor. I literally despise going to the dentist and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I feel they really try make me comfortable and do their best for me.

Dr Viznyak is very efficient and his work is solid. The staff has remained the same for years and I can tell they all enjoy working there.
