I wrote one of the previous five-star reviews here, but my opinion of Dr. Pham has completely changed and my appointment this week compelled me to write this. Rather than demonstrating any level of willingness to explore whether leaky gut could be the culprit behind some worsening chronic health problems, Dr. Pham recommended therapy, a selection of SSRIs, and sent me on my way. He only concerns himself with the black and white, throwing band-aid solutions over all other problems until they become bigger ones.

I only have good things to say about Dr. Pham and his staff. His secretary politely told me that due to pandemic she wasn't always at the office, but she did call me back every single time I left a message. She was very pleasant over the phone and helped controlling my anxiety.

The Upper Endoscopy was performed at the Oakville Hospital and Dr. Pham was very friendly and polite. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all questions and demonstrated concern about my well being.

I would always recommend Dr. Pham and his team to anyone who needs treatment. Thanks for everything !

My first few visits were hopeful- went to him for a second opinion and help - he repeated the same procedures- found nothing again- then did a HIDA scan found something told me to see a surgeon and dropped me. I’m still suffering every single day. It’s sad to be in so much pain and discomfort daily, have a complicated issue and be just passed off! I wish Drs in this country would work together as a team. Sometimes you need more than one specialty and unfortunately here it’s a matter of passing you off. Colonoscopies, endoscopies, etc are their bread and butter and quick $- complicated patients are a burden to this dr.

Dr. Pham has been my dr for a few years, he doesn't leave anything to chance and diagnosed quite a few issues. I also want to mention how professional his receptionist is, she returns my calls and goes above and beyond. Great experience.

I could not recommend Dr. Pham more. He’s the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and well-trained. I also need to speak out against some of the negative reviews re: his secretary here. I found her to be not only extremely pleasant and accommodating, but also incredibly empathetic to my situation and discomfort.

I only have great things to say about Dr Pham and his staff. I am very surprised to hear people complaining about his secretary. He must have a new one since she was extremely helpful ! Dr Pham was very professional and friendly. I had an upper endoscopy performed by him and everything went very well. It's great to know we have such a good doctor in Oakville. Thanks for everything.

Dr.Pham is the best Dr I have ever seen. After years of GI issues and nobody able to properly diagnose, he was able to do so and put a treatment plan in place. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The best GI specialist, truly.

Dr. Pham is a wonderful doctor. He always takes the time to listen to me during appointments and procedures Always go well. I trust him to take care of me.
I’ve only had pleasant experiences with his secretary. I’m sure they are incredibly busy but they are both always kind and helpful.

Dr. Pham is rude and treats his parents horrible and is Secretary is never at her desk she is always walking around socializing with other staff members and she lies to him about his parents and he believes her and when I went in for my appointment he told me that I am rude to her and that I had to find myself another Dr and disconnected my treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pham. He was knowledgeable, and was very kind and personable. He took his time answering my questions in my follow up appointment. I had no issues with the receptionist, as previously described by other reviewers.
