Dr. Brousson is a highly dedicated physician. She takes time to listen, and very much looks at the 'big picture". She (and all the staff at the clinic) see me at the centre of my care. Patient centred care...they actually get it- it's not lip service. She has a very rare quality in physicians. She is confident rather than having an over-inflated ego that many of her colleagues do. If she doesn't know something, she will look it up, read up on it. She takes her Hippocratic oath seriously.

I was referred to Dr Brousson when I hit my late teens and was more comfortable with a female doctor. I couldn't be happier. Waiting 10 minutes for my appointment is absolutely worth it. She always takes her time with me, and she always remembers little personal details about me. I really feel like she cares about me as a person, above and beyond caring as a patient.

I have been seeing Dr Brousson for almost 10 years and have been happy with her. As I started a family, she was equally helpful and my daughter is happy and comfortable with her. She has a polite demeanor and takes the time to find the RIGHT referral for you when needed. For example, she found an obstetrition that specialized in internal medicine because of a pre-existing condition I have. This is excelent service in my opinion. The only negative (minor) remarks I have is that she is not often on time and she works a 3 day week.

Every time I'm in her office, there are one or more drug reps (sales people, not medical professionals!) waiting there, and I've noticed she is quick to solve a health problem with a pill. As someone who used to work in the pharmaceutical industry, I think doctors should dismiss drug reps from their office. Maybe the reps were there to see another doctor...?

Concerned and caring (very pleasant manner), proactive and very knowledgable. Patient and a good listener as well; also very thorough. For 6 years running the best doctor I could have hoped for.

I went to her with a problem about anxiety which is really hard for me to talk about. I got the impression she understood that and really cared about getting it solved. A number of years ago she also treated me for something else that other doctors did not seem to take as seriously, she really seemed to care, offered me all options and helped me get rid of it once and for all. Yes you may wait a short time for appointments, but surely that isn't a big issue!

A wonderful doctor!! As a new patient, she really took her time with me and asked me a lot of questions about my health. She is very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. I was not happy with my previous doctors, and I feel very lucky to be this doctor’s patient!! 5 stars!

Friendly, punctual and acceptable for treatment of minor issues. However, flawed diagnosis and/or treatment on multiple occasions has forced me to switch to another physician.

Her appointments are always running late but when you get her attention she'll spend as much time as you need and follows up with information when she says she will. Best doctor I've had in Vancouver.
