Admittedly this was many years ago when he just started practice. He kept this accident-prone ballet dancer on my toes through repeated ankle injuries. Glad he's still in practice.

Left me in far more pain, disabled, and has cost me my job and life due to a poorly performed procedure. When I expressed to him I was in more pain he was dismissive and told me I expected too much. Several doctors since have told me how poorly it was done. I regret every letting this man operate on me and it ruined my life.

I was wanting a simple bunionectomy. He did not explain the risks to me with breaking my toe joint, and I had already had my other foot done where the surgeon just shaved the bone. I had problems right away with infection, bruising and there were bone chips in my toe; a real mess. Ended up going to an orthopedic surgeon to have a joint fusion surgery to correct and stop the pain, swelling. Six years later my toe is shorter from the fusion, still swollen and bottom of my foot still puffy. I've had toenail problems because of swelling and will most likely have to address this with another surgery. I am a very patient person and can tolerate a lot of pain, but the worst part of all of this experience is Dr. Grossman's uncaring, defensive attitude during this whole nightmare. He acted like I did something wrong and when I went to pick up ex rays for the other surgeon, he turned his back on me and couldn't even face me. My toe will never be right again. Please stay away from this doctor.

He made my issue worse and then refused to acknowledge it or deal with it. Immediately blamed me and labeled me as needing "mental help". I wish I had an audio or video recording of his behavior because in situations like this it is hard to get anyone to listen to your issue.

Dr. Grossman is extremely kind and considerate and he improved my ability to walk and carry on without pain that I had lived with for such a long time. He's the best in the business, period.

Very condescending. Even though I had BC/BS (and he is a covered provider) he requested $500 for insole. Best if you find another Doctor. He wasted my time and money.

This Doctor acted if he did not really care at all, after having surgery at the CP center I found out he had deep financial interest I understood, While the CPAC was very orderly and the staff kind, it reminded me of a conveyer belt system, put them out, cut them open, sew um back, head on out. If you choose to go to CPAC I would suggest a different Doctor who actually cares about people, not just the big bucks!

Dirty office, very old equipment, curt attitude. He talked down to me . The first surgery he c hanged the plane we agreed on [it failed] he talked me into a redo surgery this time he changed again now I have a third toe that is NOW useless and makes walking much harder. Note It was not the one that was giving me a problem to start with. I would not recommend Dr Grossman to anyone.

The doctor dismissed my complaint as "being in my head". I got a second opinion and the MRI and X-Rays showed a serious issue. Buyer beware when your health is at stake.
