Dr. Wilson is always respectful and attentive to my concerns. Jamie is so cheerful on the phone whenever I call and gets back to me within a day with answers. Rose is so friendly and has been with Dr. Wilson so long it is nice to see her every time I go back.

Had a little wait for my first appointment but there was a TON of paperwork to fill out. Rose came out to help me sort through the very important stuff and take me to the room so I wouldn't be delayed. Jamey was so nice and apologized for the paperwork and offered me water because I was so flustered. Dr. Wilson answered ALL my questions which made me feel better about the treatment that I need. He walked me to the checkout desk and April scheduled all my upcoming appointments. I am so glad I switched to this office!

I had an appointment and the girl Rose who runs or think she runs the office is Very rude and Very unprofessional. The doctor was very nice and had a good bed side manner but because how his office is ran by the girls at the front desk I won't be back. Great doctor but horrible staff. Big disappointed!

Needs to send staff and office manager to class on how to treat public they act like there doing you favor by waiting on you to make app. Lab doctors note anything it's there job very unprofessional

I scheduled the appointment around my one day off from work this week. It takes me an hour to get to their location, and when I got to the appointment the receptionist told me it was cancelled. She said she had called me the day before- but I was not informed of a cancellation. I got an email from zocdoc confirming the appointment. Long story short, she sort of tried to fit me in, said she couldn't. I needed this appointment to work out today because of an upcoming work trip and needing a prescription filled. I told them I was willing to wait the entire time to see if I could be fit in and that I didn't have time to come another time. The office manager came out, very rude, and was smirking while I talked. She then said "we all have jobs, you were called" and was very unhelpful and embarrassed me. I asked for the doctor to call me and he did not, he made his office manager deal with me. Worst experience I have EVER had with any medical facility.

BHRT patient. Listens and asks questions pertaining to your situation! Will transfer to his practice for Gyn check ups as well. I liked my Gyn doctor and traveled approximately 45 miles to see her once a year. However when ever I brought up HRT she would dismiss this treatment option as not needed?! Appears to be very "holistic" in patient care approach,much appreciated!
