I find this surgery of a very high standard. There is only one fly in the ointment, a practice nurse called Jenny who has no idea how to talk respectfully to he patients. She just barks out what she is going to do without asking their permission and gives up very easily if she doesn't get a blood sample first time. However all other staff make up for her attitude.
