Horrible OB, lacks compassion and empathy. If you have her I would highly suggest you get a new ob.

I like Dr Baillie and Dr M., but their administrative staff is awful. First, I had to make a correction to my own chart, to indicate that I did *not* receive an ultrasound that the chart said I had. I received incorrect information going INTO the appointment which made the ultrasound unable to be taken. Today I went to pick up my forms (which they charge $165 to process) for STD for my upcoming surgery, and not only did they not tell me their office was closed over lunch hour (which would have saved me a lot of time), they neglected to mention that they only take exact change. It's a mess. They could make the patient experience so much better if they chose.

The staff here are horrible. I just found a family member who commit suicide and i am going through extremely hard times and the staff are so rude telling me to “shut up or get out” while being as quiet as i can but crying in the waiting room. Lying about sending in faxes to get lab work then saying “oh well I guess if the lab doesn’t get the fax you can find a new doctor” I called my normal GP about this to try to report the behaviour. They were even rude to her staff. They are evil

I would advise any new time mom to really research the OB they are being sent to. Unfortunately, during pregnancy complications can happen. In my case they did. It took 4 to 5 weeks to get properly diagnosed with my condition, I showed up to labour delivery and the ER about 10 times with complaints about my condition only to be told I was crazy and to take a medication that was unsafe for pregnancy and to rest. I was wise enough to never take this medication and kept pushing for testing. When it came back that I had the condition, Dr. Baillie ended up telling all labour and delivery staff to not deal with me if I showed up and to contact her only. This is extremely dangerous if something was to go wrong, and other doctors could not help me. I was flagged as crazy, a woman advocating for her unborn child, and was treated extremely poorly by all staff. When I got a full diagnosis, she was still unsure if I had the condition or not, which is extremely dangerous, because once diagnosed, it does not go away. In fact, when my child was born, they did have signs of complications after birth due to the condition I had. I researched so many OBs during the time after my diagnosis that specialized in my condition only to be told I would not be referred by her and would be without care. New time moms, please be aware that this could be you. Please be careful and diligent with your choice, and if you are not being respected by your provider, you have the absolute right in this vulnerable time of life to he’s switch to someone that you can feel more comfortable with, that won’t pressure you into procedures you don’t want, and that will take your case seriously. I am so lucky to have a beautiful, loving child all these years after. I am so thankful that I had the strength and knowledge in me to advocate for myself, regardless how I looked for my child.

Dr. Baillie was absolutely fantastic. She is kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Dr Baillie is kind, caring and thorough. She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so secure and confident throughout my pregnancy!!!

Please do not choose this as your OBGYN if you are looking for a diligent, knowledgeable doctor to take you through your pregnancy.

She was always pleasant, very knowledgeable and very patient-oriented - she listened to my goals and worked with me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She was fantastic!

Dr Baillie is a very down to earth Dr. No flowers and songs but a solid physician. I appreciate that. Staff are organized and pleasant. But most if all I feel she is a great physician.
