The Doctor is good..... everyone else you deal with couldn't be worse. Forget your appointment time they will get to you whenever because they overbook their days so much so clear your calendar for the day because they couldn't care less about it. The second time we went we left an hour and a half after our appointment which was at 4pm because there were still five patients in front of us... they wouldn't even be open long enough to see us that day. Wasted another day, had to sit in rush hour traffic for an hour to get home with an extremely upset infant. Probably the worst experience we've ever had with a doctors office.

Don't ever try reaching this office. They are impossible to get on the phone. We were given the run around picking up a medication and send to an office that wasn't open that was more then an hour away from our home and then they had the nerve to send us into collections for a $25.00 missed visit fee!! In a year we spent over $6000 in medical bills and he put us in collection over $25.00!!!!! We have found a new physician!!!

I have 3 children 6,3,2 all his patients, this doctor is very dedicated to everyone of his patients regardless how busy he is. My last child has DS and had several gastro and feeding issues, he was at the hospital to see her everyday from day of birth to end when finally allow to leave hospital. Dr Arasu is the one doctor i will always continue to reccomend to anyone who needs of his expertise.

I was kept waiting, the computer system was new, it was so slow. I didn't feel that the nurse caught everything that I said. The WORST is that the doctor will not discuss test results until I make an appointment and pull my son out of school. I saw the doctor for about 5 minutes, although he did seem nice. It doesn't make up for a lame office staff and test results policy. I get the feeling that he just wants to get another 375.00, not that he and his staff want my child to get better.

this is an incredible doctor. I have been seeing him for six years. From when i was diagnosed with colitis at age ten, to now when i have had the surgery to remove my sickly colon. He has been awesome all the way throughout even still i have had some sores on my side that aren't very common and he is doing his best. He is going around asking other doctors and getting their opinions. His "take charge" personality is great. He ask's for your opinion. I mean you are the patient right? The only time we have had to wait for long in his office was when we were late not vise-versa. I recommend this doctor to anyone ailing with stomch issues from I.B.S to Chrohns this man definatly knows his way around a stomach.

My daughter was a patient of Dr Arasu since she was 4 days old in 2005. She had surgery on her intestinal track for hirschsprungs diease. She developed a hernia from the surgery and was seen by this "so called" Dr and it was dismissed on 3 different occassions even after my daughter peditrician wrote a referal for a check and repair of it as it being so close to her intestines. Guess what he dismissed this w/out any tests, ultra sounds nothing. My 3 1/2 year old daughter died in her sleep on 12/14/08, and per the autopsy, her death was preventable. Had this "dr" checked at least 1 of the 3 times the concern was brought to his attention my little girl would still be here. Moms if you gut tells you something GO WITH IT. These Dr's don't know your child like you do. God Bless You all.

Dr. Thirunayauarasu is agreat M.D. He has a wonderful smile full of pearly white teeth. He has a great sense of humor and, following one of his clever quips, he laughs is a "heh heh heh" manner. I've caught him napping in his car a few times which proves he works hard anddoes a bang-up job. If your stomach or butt hurts, your stool is altogether wrong, or any other ailment lingers with you, I recommend paying Dr. Thiru (T-Wu) Arasu a visit. I went in to see him because I was far too gassy. His examination was quick yet thorough. He spoke candidly as a doctor, yet friendly as a neighbor. After a timely stool analysis, he told me to cut down on my intake of spicy food and be sure not to eat too much gravy! I was so greatful and I can honestly say my gas has long since subsided. I can date again withou being embarrassed! Just what the doctor ordered, indeed. Bless you, Doc Wu! So the next time you see him cruising Dale Mabry in his pimped out Suburban, give a holla "Sup Doc T Wu!"

He has no answer for why my son has reflux while still on prevacid. No answer on his constipation. Told me "I hear you have a problem but I dont have an answer" that doesnt cut it when a newborn is screaming in pain. He is always late when he is at any of his sub offices. I was once sent from south tampa to north tampa office to be told I didnt have appointment when I did. I have waited upwards of an hour in his New Port Richey office. You play telephone with his nurse practioners instead of just telling him directly what the issues are. If I had a choice of Doctors I surely would change!!!
