This doctor did the revision of the cleft lip surgery for my child, and really made it worse than it was before - leaving little to no room for further improvement. During all our visits he always said that all she needs is a small lip border correction and tissue reduction under her lip, and there is no need for a full revision. Just 5 minutes before the surgery, he came in and said "I thought about it, and decided it's better to do a complete revision". I started expressing concerns about the distortions that could introduce - he dismissed them all with his overconfidence. However, all my concerns about distortions played out: he cut out a big chunk of tissue so now that pulls lip to one side, one of the 2 high points of the lip went down and the lip became asymmetrical... He didn't address the extra tissue/ inverted lip problem properly - just tightened it, without removing much, so it became immobile, and the lip is still inverted and covers my daughter's teeth when she smiles...

The doctor was patient, a good listener and took time with me. Most importantly his plastic surgery was natural and effective.

Great doctor. He took the time to go over everything in detail. I didn't feel rushed. Not like some doctors who take 3-5 minutes with you. Helpful. I didn't feel pressured either way. He put me at ease about my decision
