Dr Erdie has obviously changed since joining Advanced Vision Fennell. Initial appt in June, after over rx of progressive, another 2 exams, lab mix ups between distance/reading , another exam Dr Salaba who has a very arrogant attitude in October 2018 I finally received glasses that feel wrong, uncomfortable cause eye strain. As I have written them off so it seems they have done with me, no return calls. Don't go here. Dr Erdie and Salaba are best at taking your money but resolving their mistakes causes them great angst - to the point of patients distress. It would be a - rating if possible.

Dr. Erdie is now working for Advanced Vision and prices for glasses have doubled to $1,000.00 Warning to seniors like me who have been trusting this clinic for many years. So disappointed, it is about money, other professionals like Dr. Nardone on Fennell includes everything, progressives, Coach frames, high index antiglare and transitions for less than $700,.

I have been a patient of Dr Erdie for 17 years. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had . A close friend recommended him to me when I moved back up the mountain. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. I hear he is retiring and so I better get in an appointment with him soon. He will be missed.

Dr. Alexander Erdie and Associates gave me a prescription that was way too strong, when I complained, they said that I need to pay them an additional $60.00 to get them to correct their OVER PRESCRIPTION Dec 2017.. This is NOT Resolved after many calls to their Fennel office 1119 Fennell Avenue East, in Hamilton Ontario

I have been seeing Dr. Erdie for over 15 years. He is always thorough and professional. His office staff is wonderful. They take the time to fit you with the right glasses. I am sad that he will be retiring soon. Get him while you can!

I'm long standing patient of over twenty years. I have always been very pleased with the services provided. A very professional, friendly and informative staff. I find their glasses to be very stylish, up-to-date and reasonably priced. But most of all, I really appreciate the advice that I obtain when choosing my frames. A top class optometrist.
