My family has been going to Galina Portnoi for decades, slowly we have moved away and found better doctors but my grandparents still go to her, after being misdiagnosed by Portnoi my grandmother is now suffering from a kidney infection, after going to the hospital and being prescribed antibiotics Portnoi called my grandmother and told her nothing was wrong with her, which was untrue. On top of her personality being unapproachable and mean she is also a bad doctor, avoid at all cost if you care about your health, because she truly doesn't.

NOT ONLY DID SHE CAUSE MY GRANDFATHER'S DEATH, SHE MISDIAGNOSED MY GOOD FRIEND AND SHE IS NOW BASICALLY DYING OF STAGE 4 BREAST CANCER! STAY AWAY DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING SHE SAYS SHE NEEDS TO HAVE HER LICENSE CONFISCATED AND BE JAILED!!!!!!!

Dr Galina Portnoy, the secretary Irina and whole team including Pharmacy team are very helpful, professional, patient and always trying to hear and do the best for their parents. You can see on their faces how much they like their job and happy when patients are satisfied and feel better. They not just passion about what they are doing as team work, but also have warm hearts and find the right words to calm the patient and give him a hope . It's always pleasure to call and to come there. You'll always get support and professional attention there, even in the very difficult time.

Not sure what happened to Galina lately, but her attitude has changed to the worse. It is very hard to get reference to specialist or any complex test. Also if you go to walk in clinic she gets ballistic. Moved to another family doctor for good.

New secretary is a disaster, lack of manners of professionalism. Doctor is always rushed and too quick to make proper diagnosis. She doesn’t seem Eager to explore the real cause of the problem, especially when it concerns elderly patients. Stay away.
