Very rude staff, and he is ok with that!
If there is a problem, he pretends he did not hear it...Stay away from this office!

The office staff is rude, disrespectful and down right mean! They are not welcoming, and appear to have no people skills, and treat you as if you are bothering them. Their office and phone etiquette would be rated a big zero. It appears the staff follows the lead of the Office Manager. If you try to tell Dr. Cohan, he does not want to hear it. Dr. Cohan is a wonderful doctor, but we cannot tolerate his staff. We will be looking for another pediatrician.

He's been my daughters pediatrician for the whole 3 years of her life. He's a great Dr. He's been very helpful with anything that arises with having small child. He always ask me if i have any questions at the end of my visit. I have my question ready to ask. I had a custody issue and the Dr. and staff was willing to help me with what ever documents i needed. The staff is nice and ready to help at any time. Never had a problem making appointments. Wait time is not bad. It's expected to wait a few minutes for a Dr. appointment.( about 10- 15)Nice waiting area. He has a sick side and a healthy side, so everyone is more comfortable.Overall I am very bless and enjoy having a Dr. like Dr. cohan. Thank you and your staff so much.

Horrible Office, Horrible Doctor. Took my 4 month old son and 5 year old daughter in for their immunizations. When I asked the front desk woman about the schedule, and if we could go on a little alternative schedule (like take him in monthly for 1 or 2 shots instead of 5 at once) she said no, and then told me that we could not even SEE him now, and had to find a new pediatrician JUST FOR ASKING! She went and asked the doctor, and he said he would not even talk to us, and we needed to go find someone else! What a coward with a GOD complex.

Office manager is RUDE as is most of his staff. Dont bother telling him this he will just tell you to take your kids elsewhere. Which is exactly what I did. Now they have a GREAT Dr who is helpful, knows what hes talking about & has wonderful office staff. Dont waste your time at this Dr's office, he doesnt care.

I only saw this doctor once and that was enough, I immediately switched doctors. We waited for 25 min to be seen and then, when he finally saw us was in a rush, very rude and didn't answer any of my questions. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Though Dr. Cohan usually runs a little late (5 minutes or less), I've found that to be the way it is with ALL doctors. When was the last time you were seen at your appointment time or before? It's the industry. But I do think Dr. Cohan is a good doctor. I have two small children and I have never been unhappy with the services he's provided. I think it's ridiculous for any one to think that because he doesn't take it slow and chit chat, he's a bad doctor. Some doctors are very personable, others aren't. But you have to remember that their knowledge is SCIENCE, not social skills. I guarantee if you had questions, he would not move you along without answering you. But as another review stated, you do have to ask! And on that same topic, as a mother of two small children, I really don't want to be chit chatting. I need to get in and get out... the less time I'm there, the happier my kids are.

I had been a patient of Dr.Cohan as a child, and he has been the most generous giving man I have ever met! He diagnosed a kidney problem I encountered as a child and was there for me every step of the way. Now I am a mother of my first child and I wouldn't trust my little boy in the hands of anyone else of than him!

Dr. Cohan is a very good doctor. He does know his stuff. He always asks if you have any questions. He does coax you to ask questions. If the other parents on this don't ask questions, they won't get answers. That's true with this doctor or ANY DOCTOR. When I started asking specific questions about my daughter, I noticed a change in Dr. Cohan's attentiveness. I think he also had a new found appreciation for me as a parent. I think this doctor is a great doctor that has to deal with a lot of parents that don't really give a crap. They don't ask questions or care to be "in the know" about their children. I would highly recommend this doctor. And remember parents . . . the burden of your children's health is on YOU! Not your doctor.
