From history of reviews it seems Dr. Ganguli is selective with who he offers good service too. At first, I found his care acceptable, open, timely but as my symptoms continued to persist he kept leaning towards the my diet which I was already following his guidelines. Also, not all "healthy" prescribed diets work same for everyone. Later visits turned into ads for his online wellness platform. I have taken it upon myself to continue trying alternative method to treat my IBS/IBD. I am finally after 15 years starting to see results on my own.

So focused on his theory of “food as medicine” that even though it’s not working for me Dr Ganguli just dismissed me saying to do better as I had not been 100% on his recommended diet but about 98% compliant. His advice felt very doom and gloom and not at all helpful. Office staff refuses to be at all flexible with appointment times even though it doesn’t work with my schedule - I need early afternoon appointments which he only sees new patients at those times and existing patients must come later, so unhelpful.

Best doctor that I ever met. You don't feel like a number. He is really caring about the human in front of him. He takes the time to explain everything. He is calm, attentive and intelligent.

The receptionnists were also really pleasant: smiling, sfunny and human.

A good 10/10.

In addition to diagnosing and treating my GE conditions, Dr. Ganguli have diagnosed additional problems missed before. He referred me to the appropriate specialists to catch it in time, I think I owe him my life.....

Dr. Ganguli recognizes patients as whole, and always keeps his mind open. Visiting this doctor always makes me feel better.

His staff are extremely helpful too and always trying to help as much as they can, and make me comfortable.

This people know that welfare of the patient is the purpose of medicine.
