I think Karen is an excellent choice for a physician! She spends time talking to you, because she cares and really desires to help you with the root cause of your health issues. More than once I have walked out with a book at her recommendation that she felt had pertinent information I needed to improve my health, for free! She doesn't just write you a prescription all the time if she knows that will just put a bandaid on something that in the long run requires a life style change. And her staff is wonderful! I feel like I'm treated like a friend when I visit their office, What a refreshing change!

I saw Dr. Donelly when I first moved to the desert from San Diego several years ago and liked her although there seemed a certain distance I could not pinpoint. I stopped seeing her when one day I had an argument with a person who billed me improperly and then became very rude rather than admit his error and apologize. As I recall it turned out that was her husband! At one point I said that perhaps I should never return and he agreed that I should never return and I did not. He was a horrid man and I wonder if he is still there. Frankly, the chasm between her evident refinement and his course manner I found baffling.

I didn't even get to see the doctor due to the very unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist. I will never return. Finding another doctor, I'm glad there are plenty in this valley.

I have been going to Dr. Donley for a little more than a year. She spends all the time you need and I never feel rushed. I also find that the waiting time is generally around 15 minutes. I've never had a problem with her billing policy. Her front desk person is always patient and kind whenever I have a question or need further information - whether in person or on the telephone. I was very pleased with an in-office procedure she performed. I intend to keep seeing her.

Karen Donley is an excellent OBGYN. She is caring and very intelligent. I especially love the facility there in Indian Wells, it's aesthetically pleasing. As for the nurses, or assistants, I won't mention any names, but I think they lack a certain level of professionalism that I've seen in other places. I hope to be proven wrong, otherwise, I won't go back there.

I have been going to Dr. Donley for about 6 years now. I find her to be an intelligent, caring physician who sets aside ample time for our appointment and listens to the patient. She is highly skilled and very thoughtful. I recommend her highly.

Dr Karen Donley has been my doctor for many years and my experience with her and her staff has been extremely favorable. Her office is the cleanest and most comfortable I've ever been in (and I'm 74 years old) so I've been in a lot of OB/GYN offices over the years.

I had origionally seen this doctor twice before and liked her--thought she was very competent. Unfortunately, the last time I went in for my annual preventative exam, I was required to sign a blank credit card slip to insure payment. When I protested I was told this was "normal!" Remember, I had seen her at least twice before. My co-payment for such exam was to be $35--instead I received the bill today and was charged $212! After calling my Blue Shield they said they would reprocess the account and I only owed $35--meanwhile, I must now go back to the Dr and try to get my refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! This type of billing is disrespectful and dishonest! If they pull this when they overbill us--what do they do when real trouble happens!
