Absolutely despicable customer service! I received a $25 no show via mail after scheduling my original appointment on Monday. Prior to my appointment I received a voicemail stating this office was moving my appt. to another day and time that worked best for the Dr. Needless to say that did not work for me. So instead of this office retracting the $25 no show fee I had to listen to two subpar employees debate, argue and was finally hung up on as to why I should be charged. Because they sent a letter? Never was it about the $25 measly dollars but the principle of good customer service and common since. Desperate times calls for desperate measures. I’m glad my kids an I dodge a bullet.
