Absolutely despicable customer service! I received a $25 no show via mail after scheduling my original appointment on Monday. Prior to my appointment I received a voicemail stating this office was moving my appt. to another day and time that worked best for the Dr. Needless to say that did not work for me. So instead of this office retracting the $25 no show fee I had to listen to two subpar employees debate, argue and was finally hung up on as to why I should be charged. Because they sent a letter? Never was it about the $25 measly dollars but the principle of good customer service and common since. Desperate times calls for desperate measures. I’m glad my kids an I dodge a bullet.

I didn't read the other reviews before I saw Dr. Woodbury. I wouldn't have gone if I had. My experience was a very pleasant one. The longest wait was filling out the new patient profile. When I went to the back I waited about 20 minutes. When the Dr. came in he had a student Dr. With him. He did most of the talking. He looked at my skin area and was familiar with the problem. He started treatment right away and told me how to follow up. I was pleased with his kn
owledge and level of care. I'm not trying to make light of the other reviews I'm just reporting my account. Maybe things are getting better because of the negative reviews. I would definitely see this Dr. again. He is on the computer a lot but he also did a good examination and gave me some good information about my condition that he printed from his computer.

DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! You will be waiting in the waiting room for hours, horrible bed side manner by the time you are seen and the doctor won't even look at your condition but will write you a prescription for what you need ONE TIME. For every refill you have to go back to see him, he will not write a simple topical acne medication for longer than a year or two in my experience.

Terribly bad, and just on a simple surgery. He cut an inch long area in my scalp to remove a 1/4 inch mole. His stiches were horrible, he DID NOT shave the area and left a lot of hair trapped in the stiches, 2/3 of the worked area could not be treated or inspected properly, because it was covered under a chunk of hair and blood. The wound healed leaving an ugly scar.

I showed up for my 2:40 appt. At Dr woodbury's office and was refused service. The staff person told me that my appt. Was scheduled for 1:40 and said the office would charge me $25 for a missed appt. I chose to not pay the fine and returned home. When I listened to my voicemail, I reheard the message from the staff person, which said my appointment was at 2:40. I called the office, and the office manager was conveniently in a meeting. This is a prime example of how unprofessional and money hungry some health care professionals have become.

Very bright and thorough. Dr Woodburymay be the fastest typist I've ever seen. The staff up front was very detail oriented. I will return.

Dr. Woodbury removed four moles two weeks ago. I am still suffering. I had 15 stitches in my leg, 8 in my back and two in my neck. I wasnt told what was happening during the procedure, he actually did not speak directly to my face the whole time. Spends all of his time typing on computer. I'm left with a horrific scar on my leg. The stitches were taken out by a different doctor because I didn't want to go back to Dr. Woodbury and because of the way they were done, it was extremely difficult to remove them. Even had to reopen one incision to get them all out. I walked on crutches for a week after procedure and the pain has been extreme. This doctor does things without telling you and does very sloppy work. Do not allow him to perform any type of surgical procedure on you unless you want to be left with terrrible scars.

He cut a gigantic hole in me for a mole that hadn't even been biopsied yet and charged my insurance company over $2000 for "surgery." The hole he cut out of my skin looked HORRIFIC and the stitches were sloppy. Most Dr's take a "scraping" of a mole and see if it's cancer before they start digging into skin. I feel like he took advantage of me not realizing that just to make money.

He is not about helping patients at all. He is all about making the most money out off patients. Very unethical. He took pictures of my condition and asked me later on if he can use them as a teaching tool at the UT medical school. I told him no but I don't trust him. He rushes into cutting skin with a razor because that is what gets him the most money. He did cut skin from four locations.
