I am Dr. Forman’s patient for over 15 yrs and very happy to be under her care. I find her very knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. She diagnosed me with an early stage cancer then she quickly checked the availability of few surgeons and got an appointment for me. I am extremely thankful to Dr. Forman for her professionalism and deep care and I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Dr. Forman for about 2 years now and she’s been super helpful. She is understanding and cares about your well-being overall. She is easy to talk to and you never feel judged by her. I highly recommend!

Should have her license revoked. Unprofessional, late, doesn't know her stuff compared to any other doctor. Very rude doctor, and the administrative staff is also reflective of her effectiveness which is also sub-par and they make a lot of errors.

I found her to be in appropriate and unprofessional. I fainted while she was doing a pap and she ridiculed and shamed me for fainting in her office saying I gave her ptsd. She was always late and just didn’t seem knowledgeable at all in terms of what was in my best interest. She also kept checking her phone, taking calls, during our meetings which I found rude, distracted and unprofessional.

We had a consult with her in 2013 for fertility purposes- we had several appointments. over 1 hour late even first thing in the morning. When entering the room it was clear she was not familiar with our health records. She would suggest certain treatments - mild steroids and diabetes meds for PCOS etc. but then forget to prescribe them and we would have to remind her that she had recommended them them previous call. When we asked about our cytology results she had no reference comparisons for what was normal vs. abnormal- as all comments on a pathology report sound alarming. She told us me my eggs were very granular but could not say what clinical implication there was. She said my husband's sperm was abnormal but failed to mention that a % of sperm is always abnormal- Needless to say we decided to seek treatment downtown Toronto- on my 1st visit downtown we realized we were pregnant naturally- the downtown clinic folllowed us for free. Avoid this doctor like the plague.

I have been checked by Dr Forman for a number of years now and I find her very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. I do not like the long waiting times to see her but I know how busy each doctor is in Ontario and I am grateful she takes care of my health in such a thoughtful way. Dr Forman is a highly intelligent person and a high achiever.

Was with her for nearly 3 yrs, she helped but wasted my time along the way. She does not seem very knowledgeable and current about reproductive science. I would not recommend her. She is unreliable and does not keep her promises. When she promises to call you, be sure that she will not call you. She also avoids answering questions that relate to test results. She is simply clueless about what she does. She refused to adjust my medication dose for a long time, even when it was clear that the high dose was not good for me. She avoids responsibilities and sometimes ignores patients. I don't know if she has a boss? Her behavior warrants discipline. She will leave you to go figure your situation out by yourself.

Saw Dr. Forman years ago when she used to work at Create. I do not recommend neither this doctor, nor that clinic. Always late, unsympathetic, and belligerent bedside manner. Avoid.

I am patient of Dr. Forman for 13+ years and I am very thankful for her care: because of my cancer family hystory I got regularly checked and she diagnosed me with early endometrium cancer that was great, because after my surgery there was no need for any additional follow up treatment (radiation/chemotherapy). I still keep up with my regular appointments, because Dr. Forman allways reinforce the importance. It is true that sometimes she is running behind her schedule, but this is not an issue for me: I deeply respect her for her professionalism.

WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!! TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE AND ALWAYS LATE. I cannot express how terrible of an experience I've had with her. Rude, insensitive, no bedside manner, ZERO regard for her patients' time. Her service is repulsive.
