I haven't seen the doctor for 3 years, they wanted me to fill out a new patient questionnaire. I have seen the doctor for at least 10-12 years prior to this. I just got disgusted and going to find another personal care physician.

Wonderful, Friendly and intelligent doctor. One thin that I do not like about any doctor office is they call you to discuss test results even if results are all OK ( positive).

Doctor is very knowledgeable but the staff is the WORST - very rude and unfriendly, specially when it comes to money matters - even co-payments. In my last visit, the billing lady charged me $5 less in co-payment (her mistake). Next thing I know, I receive a call from her in 10 days or so demanding the $5 - she even threatened to add $5 fine if I did not pay up in 2 days. She wanted cash or check - no credit card. She wanted me to stop by in her office to pay - which is a good 25 min drive from my work. Also, the billing lady was not even ready to send me a bill for my payment - apparently saving on stamps. Very stingy people!

the staff is the worst I have ever seen in my life, if you do not pay in advance they said they will send you to collection!!! Is crazy seem to me that they are in really need of money. I just can't believe that!

Dr. called me for follow up visit after my blood work done. Was expecting some issues as I was called in Dr. office but there was no problem and at last billed for 138US$. ( Was having high deductible) so needed to pay from my pocket. IF we call the office, they say that "you pay it or we send it to the collection"

Very difficult to communicate with this doctor and office. Phone calls only take you to scheduling, no email, the patient is directed to use fax for Rx refills, poor service for Rx refills. Have had to walk out several times due to long waits. Dr. is not very people friendly or articulate in English.
