While Dr. Michael Nsisi Always comes in late, he still knows what he’s doing and is a very knowledgable doctor! He’s willing to help you and he listens to your concerns And tries to work with you. He is the only doctor that listen to my concerns over an issue and helped me with it.

The doctors were never there on time..they opened at 9AM and never actually got to the clinic till at least 930.They have no idea how to run the office, everything is everywhere and couldn't find things half the time. The appointments were never quick because they always started talking about other stuff. Right now they have no office assistants and are doing everything themselves, answering phone calls right in the room with you. I am definitely looking for new doctor!

I've seen this Doctor since breaking my leg in 2009. I've been very disappointed with him on several occasions. The worst of them all, he has tried to prescribe me Penicillin three times (The only thing in the world I'm allergic to). The third time, I caught it before leaving the office, and told him about it; he got frustrated and tried to blame me for not telling him about my allergy. After I showed him how to Navigate his own program to show my allergies he went quiet as a mouse. I understand Doctors are busy people, and mistakes happen; but, I'm not sure if this man would have my best interest in mind if I were laying unconscious in a hospital bed or if he would be the cause of my eventual demise.

He is a generally amiable person, but he has a habit of ordering a plethora of tests, and not even bothering to follow up. His punctuality has always been terrible, I'll sometimes be the first appointment in the morning and still end up waiting over an hour to see him. Having been his patient for the better part of 10 years, I would have thought he may have accidentally learned my name by this point, but unfortunately he can't even remember I came in 4 days ago for some appointment.

I had Dr. Michel a few years ago , impact his office when he prescribed a drug for blood clots and never did any tests for it.. I then was lucky to get a different doctor first question what are you doing on this medication checking further I should never have been on those meds.. As others have said here he would not send me to a specialist to check anything... Stay clear of him and his wife terrible doctors.. I take this doctor a 0

I’ve been seeing this Dr for several years, they can’t keep staff, the Dr freaked out when I had a WCB claim, if you just need refills he’s ok, but God will need to help you if anything else goes wrong. That’s ok, the Dr will save your soul, he spends more time preaching at you than anything else

After suffering severe headaches from a car accident (regular pain medication didn't help and I tried waiting it out but it lasted for weeks) I made a visit thinking at the very least I could get a note allowing me to withdraw from one or two classes with cause. Michael refused and insisted I would need to schedule myself a visit with a neurologist. I explained to him that according to the registrar office a note from my family doctor would be sufficient. In response he just preached about his church. Seeing as I couldn't drive and I had a full schedule of classes and school work I was never able to get myself the help I needed.
On the other hand, he was very thorough when he thought I had the mumps.

He was nice to my daughter gave her a candy....I veiny like my daughter taking candy from strangers she is only 2 kinda wish he wouldn't have done that she was fine...then I tried making an appointment with a new dr there and I got denied then told that being as I haven't seen Michael in 2 years he closed my file!! I had only seen him 2 months before that not 2 years absolute worst dr and staff ever

Office unorganized and inefficient. Arrived for my first appointment on time, had to wait. Discovered that all the pre-visit paperwork I had painstakingly filled out was somewhere, but not scanned into my chart or available. Slated as a meet and greet, but physician wondering what he could do for me. Second visit a general check up and again physician wondering what he could do for me. Had not looked at any info in my chart so quickly scanned through while I was in exam room. This time I waited for close to 45 minutes for my appointment (visit was booked) which became close to lunch. Physician made it very clear he was in a hurry to finish the appointment so he could go have his lunch as he was hungry. Decided at that time that this particular physician would not be a fit for me. The one positive outcome from my visit to this physician is that he prescribed a medication, which I had never used before, that helped treated headaches that I had been having several times a month.

He has been our family doctor for four years and he never seems to take our medical issues seriously. He prefers to lecture you on religious matters rather than look into your issues. Worst doctor ever

This guy is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I lost so much time in my life with health issues dealing with him. I finally changed doctors, and now I am getting properly taking care of. If only I could get the time wasted back. He just didn't seem to care at all about me as a patient. But hey, that is most doctors.. I am glad I have a good doctor now..
