Dr. Felts needs to get a professional in to assess each employees function and how they relate to each other. There needs to be one person that works with a patient to work through the entire process. Right now this is a torturous procedure of calling the office constantly..never getting correct answers..sometimes lies..never returned calls...blaming of patient is the norm... We hear the Doc is excellent but how can you possibly think that when he and his wife let the business be in such a disarray for such a long period of time . This is a very stressful sensitive procedure and no one there has any sensitivity except Dr. Felts. Embarrassing

I'd like to be able to give Dr. Felts credit if he is a good doctor but his office staff are ruining his practice. After completing the online seminar and forms I've never been contacted by his office in two months. I've tried contacting them 8 times and been given a run around every time. Apparently there is no one in the office that can make an appointment for someone who has insurance and needs help. Very disappointing because it sounds like if you do get to see him he might be good.

Best Dr. I've ever met. Really cares. He gives you all the information and is not pushy. He really wants to help you get healthy.

By far one of the best Doctors I have ever met! Dr. Felts really cares about his patients and it shows. I had the gastric sleeve on December 17th 2013 and it's been 2 months and I'm down 63 pounds! Thanks Dr. Felts!!
