The wait sucks, but she is good. She is our family doctor and we feel confident, respected and listened too. It is a very busy clinic!!! And waits are long, but it is clean (bugs fly everywhere in the world) and I recommend her. If you can get her, she is a good doctor and I do not feel she is condescending or arrogant. She takes the time to explain what's going on, but she is way to busy to hold your hand, go see a counselor.

Messed up staff, very rude. No hello, thank you, nothing. And if you complain, you are told that you have to leave the place. Place is dirty like trash, bugs flying in the examine room. Dr will spend a 30-60 seconds in your examination, won't explain you what the problem is until you force her to. This office has 4 doctors and they are all just like this. This is a pure definition of a doctor's shop, not doctor's clinic.

If you dont care about money, go to this doctor she wanted to charge for everything RX, very arrogant, does not care about her patient, I went there about my health concern for urinating frequently for months, she just told me everything is ok, without even checking me, even though its not, she wanted to rush out and see the next patient to get paid by OHIP, her diagnosis was everything is normal "drink a lot of fluids", worst doctor.

Worst medical experience of my life. I suffer from depression and from a doctor I expect a certain bedside manner, she did not care about my medical problem, she rushed my appointment so she can see the next patient, not to mention I was waited almost 2 hours and I had booked an appt. She spent all of 5 mins with me barely checking me for anything before writing me a rx and telling me to see her again in a week. I was horrified by the treatment I got, she was rude and had a very condescending tone, she makes you feel like your not important. Sincerely advise others not to see her. If you want a good doctor who genuinely cares about your health see Dr. Karna Kale. Only came to see her because she was close to my home. But NEVER AGAIN!

I agree with the above comment. She is extremly arrogant and disrespectful.She doesnt listen to her patients and she is over confident. She always rushes you to the door because of her busy schedual. I will never recommend her to anyone.Her staff is rude and unfriendly and the waiting period is roughly three hours. Trust me even one second is not worth it.

She is worst doctor I've ever come across in my life. She very arrogant, disrespectful, looks down on her patients, and worst of all has little or no knowledge of her profession.
