Dr. Rice and her office staff were wonderful. I needed to have a surgical procedure, and Dr. Rice was informative, answered my questions, and calmed my fears. I have had many doctors in the past, and I would have to rate Dr. Rice's professionalism and bedside manner as one of the best I have had in recent years. I would highly recommend her as a physician.

Dr. Rice is fantastic but like the previous poster said, you barely get to see her. You are always stuck seeing Kathleen. The front office staff is very rude and always talking about their personal lives right in front of patients. Dr. Rice is amazing though!

Dr. Rice had terrible "bed size manners." She answered the phone while consulting with me without offering either an explanation or an apology. She barely acknowledged me, even though I was a first time patient. She didn't ask me any follow up question to my problems and recommeded a course of treatment without explaining me pros or cons, lenght of treatment or anything. She gave me a printed piece of paper(which I thought wil have the explanations) but it was from a medical journal and didn't answer anything a patient will need. She said she'll follow up after a while and I never heard from her either. Will not recommed.

Beware. If you don't have insurance, you will pay and pay and pay for your visit. I was billed $295 for a 30-min office visit and an additional $263 for the same 30-mins where the doctor took a sample. I was billed again for the equipment the doctor used to take the sample, again for the lab fee and once again (a fee I have yet to figure out). The doctor, though professional during her time with me, was quick to point out the benefits of major surgery, but never considered or offered opinions on other solutions to my problem. She told me surgery was the only solution and if my lab results came back negative, surgery would still be warranted "just to make sure". A visit with a different doctor in a different facility was able to diagnose my problem and cure me without surgery. I would not recommend seeing this doctor due to lack of overall knowledge on methods other than allopathic means to solve problems and also due to the misinformation regarding the high billing practices.

This office and staff have taken the best care of my wife and they were very helpful even after I had to put them on my bankruptcy they were willing to get us right in when doctor lovelaces office refused us when we paid their bill it was late do to hard times. Womans health associates thank you so much

I really like Dr. Rice, but the problem is, you never get to see her. You only see the nurse practitioner, whom I really do not like. She never seemed to listen to anything I had to say, blew off my concerns and questions, and seemed like she wasnt even really paying attention to me. I would recomment Dr. Rice but ONLY appts with her - not ones with the nurse. I am actually in the process of finding a new dr because of this issue!

Dr Rice is so amazing, as is her nursing staff. She is funny and upbeat. She delivered my first daughter C-section, and was wonderful and encouraging the whole time. So was also very prompt for a doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. I love my experience with her.

Dr. Rice literally saved my life when no other doctor would help. She was kind, compassionate and professional in her care of me. Her knowledge when no one else had answers was quite literally life saving. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
