I can't speak highly enough of Dr Kate- Morlet Brown. She explained the procedure I was to have done (extraction of impacted back tooth) in minute and careful detail in her rooms. She also explained the pros and cons and what to expect post surgery. I found Kate to be a really caring doctor and a delightful person to chat with. The best. Her reception staff were very kind and most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them or Dr. Kate Morlet-Brown.

Referred to by my dentist and couldn't fault anything. Consultation was clear and detailed. In and out in an hour on surgery day for all four impacted wisdoms. Next to no swelling or bruising in recovery says a lot about her skills.

Was referred to Dr Kate Morlet-Brown for a wisdom tooth removal. Dr Kate and her staff were rude and condescending in their correspondence when I made general inquiries about my procedure. Dr Kate's service was completely lacking in every possible manner - there was a lack of information provided, no attention to detail and no compassion or understanding. Her overall attitude could best be described as 'apathetic'. Exactly the opposite of what you'd look for in a dental practitioner. I would not recommend Dr Kate's services to anyone.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Kate a few years back. Whilst I can’t fault the job that she did, I am compelled to comment on the beyond disappointing attitude of both Kate herself and her staff. Everything seemed far too much effort for Kate and I felt that she tried, at all possible opportunities, to cut corners (e.g.. trying to tell me that I did not need my complimentary follow-up appointment when I had dissolvable stitches hanging out of my mouth because they never dissolved, leaving me in pain). During all communication I felt that Kate and her staff were condescending, terse and apathetic; and my questions were usually dismissed. I’m not in any way trying to say that Kate’s skills are sub-par, merely that her bedside manner is severely lacking and that for this reason I would never recommend her as a practitioner.

Dr Morlet-Brown and her staff are friendly, caring and hard-working. They go out of their way to accommodate people and their needs. I would definitely recommend them, they are even great to deal with on the phone.

Kate is a rude , self absorbed and unpleasant persom. One if her staff burnt a third degree burn the size of a Brussel sprout in the middle of my chest . It's badly scared now and the snot I was having removed was the size of a pea ! I wish to god I had never come anywhere near her or her buisinesses . She has no ethical morals abc cares only god herself . She did not even offer a small amount of compensation as goodwill. If I was able to copy the photo on here you would all be absolutely shocked it is so so bad ....Disgusted

Just a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dr Kate and her staff exude the friendly professionalism that is not always easy to come by. Full marks, my recovery time from surgery was shorter than expected due to Dr Kate's skill and precision.

I was referred to Dr Morlet-Brown by my dentist for several implants. I am more than happy with my experience with her and her staff. She is very professional, informative, passionate and most of all extremely comforting. I was given all the information I needed regarding the treatment and stages involved, and lots of post surgery care instruction and followups. I had no complications at all. I can now smile without hiding my mouth. Id recommend EVERYONE to see her, she made my journey relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you ever so much.
