by far, the best doctor I've ever had. Miss him incredibly. Would still be going to him but I moved out of the region.

I used to go there because Dr bakus was a nice MD to deal with. I did get in fast but as someone who works in health care as an ICU nurse and flight nurse I must agree with the others, i thought he was arrogant and not willing to listen to your story. My FD is outside Niagara. I had a bad gastrenteritis, My employer (hospital) requires a note so i can get paid while being off, made a comment saying he won't give me extended time notes like I was doing this on purpose to get extended time off. Does he think I really wanted to be in his clinic or to be home? I also had a specimen (being prepared) and he didn't want to see it, very odd if he didn''t believe I had Diarrhea, and could not keep food down. I have a family and bills to pay plus I am not putting other patient's at risk of spreading anything I have. Unfortunate that hospital management harasses us for notes or when off and we are exposed to a variety of illnesses as part of our jobs. I have to find another place (MD) to go for next time.

Just had an appointment with Dr. Zides and as always, he and his staff were very friendly and professional. Have been a patient for a number of years and am completely satisfied with the total reception and service his office provides. On scheduled appointments, have always been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Have appreciated his referrals, when necessary, and his care provided. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a family physician.
