Dr dawson took care of me very well i wish hated to see him leave .He's honest kind and very caring. I would like to have a chat with him as we resantly lost our son .

My son Brian was a patient of Dr. Dawson. My son is an adult and have autism. Dr. Dawson always took time to get to the root of Brian's problems. He talked directly to Brian, and look him in his eyes. He never treated my son as if he had a disability like most doctors. I was so sad to see Dr. Dawson leave Palmetto primary care in Summerville. He is an excellent Dr, and I will always remember how he treated my son.
