Not sure where this man got his medical doctor degree from. He is rude and careless to his patients. Can't explain anything about medical conditions. What a shame!

The so-called "Dr. Gu"! Never in my life have I encountered a doctor of such poor moral character and medical skill. Canada should revoke his license. He always used the name of "Bethune" to cheat others' trust, and even went to China to cheat Chinese officials!

Terrible, can never see Dr Gu. Only met him once during intake and never seen him since. He’s always away and I have to be seen by someone else in the office and it’s always different. Can’t even get an appointment till 3-4 weeks out. Not caring to build a relationship. Very transactional!

STAY AWAY!! Do not recommend!

Useless. Reception is useless too. Bunch of liars and lazy people who doesn’t check any files for results. Just Rude. Dr Gu doesn’t care or bother listening to your problems . So dismissive

This doctor must have some mental issues.
Treating patients very bad! Not professional in medical practice at all.
Just 1-3 minutes and let you go.
If you have any issues with your health, pls don’t waste time to see him. The best way is to find a better family doctor!

I had him look at a mole that had turned red and itchy, and he didn't want to examine it. He sat two meters away, barely took even a glance, and said it's nothing. He wanted me out of there double quick. I felt as though he had the worst day of his life and I was unlucky, but seeing the comments here and on Google Review, I'm not alone
