Seen Dr Parascan a couple times. Wouldn’t recommend me to see a specialist and now my problem has worsened and creating long term effects. Never recommend her to anyone in your family

Dr. Parascan and the floor Staff are great.
However, the receptionist can be rude at times. The way she talks to people sometime can make them feel like they are bothering her.
The answering machine specifically stats that office hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and phone lines are to be answer from 9:30 to 11;30 and again from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. When I call between those hours, all I get is that stupid machine. Especially, On Monday and Fridays.
If she is too busy to take calls or to many calls are coming in making the lines busy. Maybe they need to hire more receptionist to help her out and relieve some of the wait time. It may make her to be less moody. And the patient more patients.

I've had Simona as a Dr. for many years and she has been excellent. She's very empathetic and listens. It might be a wait to have her enter your room but I NEVER feel rushed and she answers all my questions so to me the small wait is worth it. She's very open to sending you for any tests she feels might be helpful to finding a diagnosis and is also open to your suggestions. I find her to be a very genuine and caring doctor and I am lucky to have.

Dr. Parascan is such a wonderful doctor and is so patient with my kids and will always listen carefully.

Dr. Parascan and her team (medical professional as well as receptionist) provide exceptional services. Is there sometime a wait time in order to have an appointment or while waiting in the waiting room, yes of course. That is only because they spend the time necessary to provide the care required to each patient. I would rather wait a bit and know that when I see my medical professional that they will take the time to listen to my concerns. Myself and my familly are very grateful for the excellent care they provide us with. On a side note, the secretary is actually super nice however she is incredibly busy. She has always tried her best to accommodate us for appointment and fit us in if possible. She is in my opinion very good at her work and very much efficient.

Always willing to listen and provide the best support for any situation. Will even call you randomly to see how you are doing after a surgery or accident. Wonderful personality. Highly recommended.

very rude, have to wait too long for appointments even while pregnant. it should be a priority. doesnt explain medical terms to you. very unreachable. receptionist is very rude!

Wonderful staff. Seem very caring and quickly give appointments. Dr Parascan and team make sure they go everything not just my chief concern. Feel very lucky to have found an amazing team.
