They are all very pleasant, and Dr. Heartley goes out of his way to explain and help you, even to personally calling to get approval for a procedure if he feels you really need it. He does not do un-neccessary procedures. Offers helpful cost effective treatment for your problem. The whole staff is kind and helpful.

Dr Hartley was very friendly and easily approachable doctor. He was willingly to listen through all symptoms before making decisions. I had upper endoscopy done with him, preparation was very professional at a very clean environment (Hendricks Regional Hospital). He often offers accept phone calls for quick questions than having to making appointment in.
