Do not choose this Dr. I went to his office 5 times and I saw him only once for 20 minutes. He orderef unnecessary test for $19k. Awful experience. Choose someone else

I have been under Dr. Togay's care for 3 years now. He gave me a difibulater/pacemaker. He is very good and has a WONDERFUL bedside manner. The only downside is usually having to wait quite awhile in the office. Perhaps, that can be an over-booking problem. I would still highly recommend Dr. Togay with any cardiac needs you may have. He truly cares for his patients and is very patient. Thank you, Dr. Togay for taking care of me.
