Need longer hours for working people, see a PA often

Dr. Lay is a very professional, efficient physician and a caring person. She listens carefully and respectfully to your questions and answers fully. She writes her instructions to make certain you don't forget something. She enters data directly into the computer as she talks with you leaving less room for error and gives copies of lab reports or reports from specialists to the patient. She is an excellent communicator.
