Horrible staff. The staff called me two weeks ago to book an appointment with me only to not have me on the schedule. They then referred to me as a “walk in” throughout the whole time I was there. I have never not been in and out of here within an hour and usually had to wait an hour AFTER my appointment time when I had my braces on. They always try to make me stay longer than I should especially when the overall time they actually talk to me/work on me is less than 20 minutes. One of the staff said I had to do one thing and Dr. Suzanne says another.

The receptionist is unknowledgeable and relies on other receptionists for codes for scheduling and the doctors to tell her what to do. Incompetent of doing and thinking for herself. Didn’t even apologize for her mistakes.

Staff are never on the same page as one another when reviewing patients and always giving different diagnoses.

Dr. Suzanne and her assistant always try to push on unnecessary treatments/operations on you. They always try to push sales whenever they have the chance. Her assistant tried convincing me that I was wrong about something I simply noticed and got choked when I tried explaining something to her. Then Dr. Suzanne informed me that I was right about it. Wow.

Absolutely horrible and I do not know recommend. Everyone is unprofessional in their own way.

Dr. Cziracki convinced me to try lingual iBraces (behind the teeth). I agreed because I was a mature patient who needed braces for the second time, even though it meant travelling from the Island to Vancouver for appointments -- and her fee was double that of the orthodontist closer to home. The lingual braces were excruciating, tearing up the inside of my mouth and tongue, requiring painful appointments of up to three hours to change the wires. During my complex treatment, Dr. Cziracki was often absent from the office, which was frustrating given that I had to give up a day’s work to travel to and from Vancouver for appointments.
Whether it was the difficulties of my case itself or that I was perceived as a difficult client for complaining about her absences, I was suddenly dropped as a patient with no explanation. Again, on my last appointment she was not there. A staff member handed me a retainer with a booklet and I never heard from her office again (until I received a birthday e-card five years later).
Afterwards, I was left with my upper jaw falling forward and my top teeth grazing my lower lip. The pain in my jaw was constant and life-altering, extending to shoulder pain, headaches, dizziness, and ringing in my ears. I was referred again by my dentist for further orthodontic treatment.
I required four and a half more years of orthodontic treatment from 2013 to 2018 to help line up my bite and reduce the pain. The orthodontist who last saw me said that the only other patients he had ever seen with braces for a total of nine years were patients in children’s hospital with cleft palates. He said had he seen me earlier, he would have recommended jaw surgery.
I contacted Dr. Cziracki’s office and told her that I was left in pain and had to go back into further orthodontic treatment after she abandoned my case. A staff member called me back and said I should have been offered a year of support during the retainer period, and suggested that she could make an appointment for me to see a specialist about my jaw. It was too late for that. Dr. Cziracki offered no apology or a refund for the portion of services that were promised and not delivered. I found her to be detached, frequently absent, and ultimately disinterested in my treatment or well-being.

I first found Dr. Cziraki on this site. She's personable & knowledgeable but you will only see her and briefly about once every third visit. She has a large team and that's fine. She guides them, mostly and has another Dr. doing some of the work, so really it's her name on the clinic. I don't have a problem with this. The invisaligns and braces were to take about two years, but at that point it was clear we weren't done. But I had finish paying the contracted amount. They pretty much forgot about me, taking over three months each time to bring in more invisaligns and actually forgetting completely about me on the second batch that had to be ordered. That was already a six month delay and I'm now looking at four years for what should have been 2 or 2.5 years. The staff are nice but getting in for another appointment once you've paid up can take months. I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 months. When you shop for these clinics, it's the whole package so consider all of it. The prices was okay I guess and they have given me a discount on veneers and crowns that were better than other dentists but I'm very not happy with the customer service.

I was a patient nearly a decade ago and I'm still so happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment. I found Dr. Cziraki while desperately searching for a better qualified provider after being told by multiple other dentists and orthodontists that I was not a candidate for this method. Everyone else had told me my case was too complicated, suggesting everything from conventional braces to jaw surgery.
Not only was Dr. Cziraki able to make Invisalign work for me, but she did an incredible job and gave me a smile I never thought I could have. I am so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Cziraki.

We are extremely disappointed in Dr. Cziraki's treatment. My daughter hasn't been seen by her since the past 2 years. She was supposed to be in phase 2 of the treatment but no word on any appointments at all! I've called the office numerous times but keep getting told that I have to call the Vancouver office to set one up or there is some issue with the computer etc. Why set up an office in Waterloo if you will not be there? (I live in Kitchener btw) .If i'd know she would never be in town when needed and I'd have to deal with incompetence on everyone's part; I would've never gone with her! No one has bothered calling back from her office and I've already spent $6000 on my daughter's treatment. I take her to another dentist after being fed up of not getting through and have to pay another $6000. She was supposed to be done by now. Her assistant was to call me to sort through things but it’s been 6 months and haven’t heard from anyone. On top of that their attitude is terrible. We are paying for the work, not getting it done for free! I don’t even have insurance and have lost all my money. Don’t know what to do!
