This degenerative disease weakens the spine by throwing it out of whack and chokes the nerves and spinal cord. Because the spinal cord is the “thru-way” from the brain to tissue cells throughout the body, the entire person is compromised. I was Dr. Downes 25th patient when she came out of college and started her practice in N. Darmouth a number of years ago. I love Dr. Downes and her staff assistant Danielle. They are both very helpful and offer practical advise ro keep on improving my health on every visit. My all around health, posture, sleep and digestion has improved significantly. My overall health has improved so much so that I have a much better quality of life now then I have ever had in previous years. I do thank Dr. Downes for taking such good care of my spine. The center of health most people do not understand. Thanks again for taking such a caring attitude with me. Love both of you.

Dr. Margie is awesome....I have been seeing her for over 5 years and have used her to improve my posture, get rid of constant headaches, and to improve my well-being. I have always paid out of pocket because most insurances do not cover chiropractic care but she gives a great discount compared to other chiropractors ( I checked). I feel a lot better and I get sick a lot less due to a better immune system.

Dr. Margie (Downes) has helped me understand and become aware of my spinal health for the past 3 months. During this time I've received numerous adjustments, exercises, articles and tidbits to help correct my neck, spine and bring my awareness into my daily life. I'm on the road to a healthier lifestyle and am so thankful for Dr. Margie's patience and willingness to teach. I never feel rushed no matter how many people are waiting. It's nice to have someone who is knowledgeable about holistic healthcare and willing to share it with her patients.

I just wanted to say how much Dr. Margie has helped me and my family. I couldn't ask for a more caring doctor. She takes the time to help you with any of your needs. Broadway Family Chiropractic led me to believe that they took my health insurance, but they lied. So instead of $25, I paid $225 for my first visit. And she didn't even adjust my back! I came to her in pain, and left her office in even greater pain and $225 poorer! Then she wants you to bring your spouse, and sign up for two years worth of treatments! I have complained to several agencies about her.
