The staff in JGH at the nephrology department and Dr. Frisch are FANTASTIC! I was welcomed and right away my BP was taken prior to seeing the Doctor. Very friendly.
Meeting Dr. Frisch, he is very knowledgeable, welcoming, listens to your needs/concerns & Funny! What a combo. My family Doctor did not want to start me in any BP pills, but Dr. Frisch listened that it was not normal for a 31 years old to have this problem. He ordered several exams to see if my high BP was constant throughout the day or my daily living. And yes, I surely needed to have BP meds. As soon as he got the results from tests... he called at 5:30pm!!! To make sure I start on my meds that very evening. I really appreciate this Doctor and so very Profesional!! I have a follow-uo with him coming up soon too. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Not only is Dr. Frisch an excellent communicator who provides me with precious and relevant information that helps me to take good care of his patient, my mother Virginie A., in a holistic way and not just at the level of the problem that falls within the specialty of a nephrologist. In conclusion, I am privileged and grateful, as I have often told him, to team up with him not only on a professional level but also on a human level, as he demonstrates a most reassuring and warm approach in this respect. Dr Frisch has been my doctor for close to a decade, he's excellent & so is his staff. He's competent, caring, professional & has a great sense of humor which is very comforting to a 79 year old. I consider myself to be exceptionally fortunate to be his patient.

Whether it be in person, by telephone or by email exchange, Dr Frisch has consistently been knowledgeable, compassionate, organized, resourceful, friendly, and funny, with outstanding bedside manner. He has provided medical assistance to my father which has been beyond compare. He has saved him on more than one occasion through his great competence as a doctor. He is reachable on a moment’s notice in an emergency. We are so grateful to have him in our lives. Dr Frisch is truly the most outstanding Doctor we have ever met. His assistant Leah is similarly competent, kind and compassionate. What a team! Thank you!

No better doctor! He is always there for his patients, has a great bedside manner and always makes me laugh. Takes his time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier that he is my Doctor.
