Back in 2000, left a patient without meds, forgetting to return multiple calls, and then harrassed the doctor who helped the patient avoid the catastrophe Dr. Silberman's lack of attention caused. Dr. Silberman may have needed to retire back in 2000.

Dr. Silberman needs to retire. He doesn't return phone calls accordingly so you're left without meds and that's a scary thought.
