SERVICE IS VERY, VERY POOR, VERY LONG WAITS IN OFFICE, VERY POOR CONTACT, EVEN NO VOICE MAIL AFTER HOURS, DOING DAY NUMBER BUSY ALL THE TIME, LONG TIME FOR RETURN CALLS(TAKES DAYS) AND REALLY BAD WITH COMPLETING FORMS FOR INSURANCE COMPANY. ONGOING ISSUES, VERY FRUSTRATING, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. REALLY REALLY SAD

I saw this doctor in the hospital for a fall I had at home. In the hospital, he gave no instructions to the nursing staff re my activity while in the hospital; i.e., walking, showering, etc. The doctor suggested I see him for a follow up visit in 4-6 weeks. Once at home, I contacted Dr. Zhang as I had a question re the medication he prescribed. The Visiting Nurse contacted him as well. Dr. Zhang did not return my or the visiting nurse's call. Needless to say I did not schedule a follow up visit with Dr. Zhang.
