Don't see this office if you have kids with you or you are short on time. This office will let you sit about 1 hour past your appointment time!

Dr Thompson is very polite once he finally decided to visit your room. He really does seem like he truely cares for his patients. But that doesn't mean you will be getting a professional opinion either. Pretty sure the charts are never read & the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Overall the staff is too busy making jokes & gossiping instead of attending to the patients that have been waiting hours to be seen.

Had to set aside at least 2 hours just being at the dr office as it took so long each time. Had issues getting prescriptions filled, billing, & getting called back. I would not recommend to anyone, was treated horribly by most staff including the dr. The dr was very nice at first but that changed drastically after a few appointments. Tiffany & Elli were extremely nice however.

Excellent service - very personable and caring. He will take his time to really chat with you. Worth every penny and worth the wait.

I've been with Dr. Thompson for 25 years. He is generally very good. His front office staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Was billed for services not received. When called to their attention, it still was not solved. Dr. insisted service was performed. Had to take to state board of health.
