My wife had an appointment with the lady Dr at this facility. When we walked in you could cut the atmosphere with a knife. It went down hill from there. Worst experience ever!! Lady doctor was actually yelling at her staff. One staff member tried to take up for her and she said "You shutup!!"
To wrap it all up:
-She was ranting and raving around her office (that she shares with her dad I guessing)
- She was very unprofessional towards everyone.
- She was hyper and impatient the whole time (Even during the exam)
- She treated my wife and me like dogs. Telling us rudely "Get in here" because we were moving too slow.
- She wrongly accused us of showing up a half hour late.
- She called me a liar when I said we arrived early.
- She made excuses that everyone had short tempers today because of computer problems rather than apologize for her actions.
THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!
-When I told her we can take our business elsewhere she then started to make excuses for her behavior and started the exam. No apology.
We should have just walked out.
I guess we'll soon see if the glasses turn out ok.
I spoke briefly with the male Dr. He seemed to be on the level. Kinda felt sorry for him.

This is the rudest bunch of people you have ever dealt with. If your glasses are not correct they come unglued and claim its your fault.I filed a complaint against them with the medical board but it didn't do any good.
