Listens attentively to you about your ailments...Keeps up with former readings on your health.He does make very good decisions with great results, not rushing unnecessary testing or medications...He is friendly, cautious about his confirming situation, but very reliable with your care and medication..You can feel comfortable with him, to listen to you, check everything out, to determine proper tests and future care..When he says you need testing outside his office, and where we did that, but with no problem and very easily..He is a very reliable, very caring, doctor without a big ego most doctors have..

My husband & I have been going to dr McNulty for many years. He has always accommodated us for emergency appts. Although he is shy I have always found him very easy to talk to. We feel he and his office staff very knowledgeable. Any problems I have had have been addressed. We rate him to be an excellent doctor

Mixed feelings: A 'nice guy' and caring but seems overly shy and can make patient uncomfortable with his shyness. Obviously more comfortable with men then women. Narrowly knowledgeable about some conditions, diseases, but less so in general. Refers to specialists for 'challenging' cases. Not open minded to alternative approaches or complementary medicine. Not that 'approachable'; a bit dismissive at times. Seems rushed; never enough time, especially for questions/discussion. VERY LIMITED HOURS, difficult to get in to see for emergencies or quick appointments; necessitating use of local clinics or ER.

Doesn't listen. Puts testing above patient care. Does all the tests in his office. I had way too many tests but he never solved my problem.
