MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS DR AND HIS WIFE FOR OVER TEN YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR US. OUR FORMER DR LEFT US WITHOUT WARNING AND WITHOUT MEDICAL CARE AND MOVED TO ANOTHER CITY. NO ONE IS PERFECT. WE DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE DRS BACAY TO OTHERS. A GOOD THING TO REMEMBER WOULD BE THAT IT IS A TWO DR PRACTICE SO DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE LIKE A CLINIC THAT HAS SEVERAL DRS TO CHOSE FROM. HE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO US AND NOT AFRAID TO REFER US TO OTHER DRS WHEN NEEDED.

This Dr is rude and shouldn't be practicing med. his only interest is a check. I was his wife's patient but she is rarely there, so I had to see him, paper work in this Dr's office is never done in a timely manner.. Takes months to be done. Then they expect to charge patients for them? And if you complain? And confront the staff or him? You will be told to look for alternate physicians to treat you.. A Dr should fill out a patients med forms in a timely manner, and the office manager should be on top of that??

If you want a good Dr never go here. They can't help or see you when you need it. The office staff are a bunch of fools, unprofessional, and never do their jobs. Im surprised they have not been sued yet. My advice to anyone is to stay far away!!

Dr. Bacay is the best doctor I've ever been to. The staff is helpful and friendly and always willing to help me. I would recommend Dr. Bacay and office to everyone!

This office is charges you for SERVICES that they do not perform. My daughter was having breathing problems a doctor in Sac told her she should see another doc we went to him. He never touched her, he asked her questions and referred her to get blood work, and EKG. She did his office never called us back. She found out a month later that she had been exposed to TB after she took the TB test for a job. Why didn't he find it? We got our bill and he said it was for a physical He didn't touch her. My husband talked to them and they said that was routine. So check your statements you are probably being charged for something you shouldn't. Also, when I tried to speak to the billing manager, Anna told me that I couldn't and that the doctor wouldn't call me back either because my daughter is over 18. Who do they think is paying the bills? You want my money but you don't want to talk to me. Anna is Rude and should be fired!!!!! I would not want her representing my company.

Would not listen to my chief concerns. As soon as I said WC he shut me off mid sentance. Says I drink socially in his reports. August 2010 will be 3560 days sober. How come the record does not include that fact? Also states he completed nuro exam, hearing, and others. He never used his stethascope to check my heart. He never tested my hearing and he surely did not test any other nuro functions. I have doctors reports from years ago that says there are reflex deficiencies. He has no idea that I have suffered chronic muscle spasms for all of my adult life due to 8 years of concrete construction in the deserts of So Cal. He has no idea that I went through a WC case, won an award for liftime medical care for the low back, went to college and changed careers due to chronic muscle spasms. He has no idea that my entire spine is my most pressing issue. Why is that not in myrecord? Not a compassionate doctor at all. Other than that he is a nice guy but that does not help me at all.

Never returns phone calls (8 so far over a 3 week period). Fraudulently excepts Blue Cross money for services not provided. Zero follow up feedback. Runs his office like a Subway Sandwich shop...quick in, quick out....quick check in his pocket.
