Dr Lane performed my sinus surgery several years ago. He is thorough and did an excellent job. I have been told by other Doctors in another state that the Doctor that did my surgery did an excellent job.

Rude and arrogant hardly describes this physician. My handicapped daughter requires that her ears be cleaned out periodically. She is a very good patient, but he managed to cause her pain that created a jerking reaction. His comment "tell her to be still". Have not returned to that office since.

He is so rude NO BEDSIDE manner. Being an ear Doctor he should listen. Rude rude did not listen to symptoms. Not helpful. Not sure how he is practicing. I highly recommend ppl find another ENT. I am still in shock how he treated my husband and I. Rude. Hard to believe he calls himself a professional.

He is the only doctor I've experienced who charged large fee before I saw him and charged additional for a service I have no idea what it was. As it turned out I had double pneumonia which he made no attempt to diagnose. He recommended I wait 6 weeks to run test when I returned home. Later that week I ended up in the ER, they ran a CAT scan and I had fluid on both lungs. He appeared to not want to be bothered!!!! I certainly wouldn't recommend Dr Lane to anyone!!!

I am the mother of an adult child that had surgery by Dr. Lane. He certainty does not have a good bedside manner but I thought that his medical knowledge was accurate. After my son's surgery, about 3 weeks post op my son was experiencing a lot of pain. This happened on a Friday afternoon. I encouraged my son to call Dr. Lane's office asap. After speaking to Dr. Lane's nurse my son called me very upset that they were not willing to do anything or even listen to him and his concerns. I then called the office myself, when I was put thru to the nurse and explained the situation her response was "we do this surgery on 7 year olds and they don't complain." I was appalled at being treated this way. I explained to the nurse that my son has not been released from the Dr.'s care and that something was wrong, he was just not complaining to complain, there was a legitimate concern. They refused to do anything for my son and he ended up in the ER that evening. I will never recommend Dr. Lane or his office to anyone.

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is still upset about her appointment with Dr. Lane. I have never met a doctor so rude, arrogant, and lacked as much bedside as this doctor. My mother had a procedure that made her gag, cough, cry, and almost vomit. I asked her if she was alright. His response was she was over reacting. I could not believe. He asked her question about a surgery she had over 20 years old, and seemed upset she couldn't remember details of the surgery. He spent more time talking to a tape recorder describing the examination then actually talking to my mother. it took everything in my to conceal my anger and disappointment with this doctor. I would not recommend this doctor to any patient!

I have been seeing Dr. Lane for over 4 years and I find his no-nonsense approach very refreshing. He gets to the point. But, more important, since I initially went to see him for a ruptured eardrum, he has become a partner to me in my lifelong suffering with ear problems. His advice and treatment has allowed me to manage my symptoms to my great satisfaction. I would still be suffering regular ear infections along with other related issues if I had not met him. His entire staff is wonderful.

I had severe vertigo caused from crystals dislodging in my ear, he said he couldn't find anything. Then he had some young woman give me a hearing test and some other unnecessary tests. It's pretty obvious that is another way for him to make a few more hundred bucks from my insurance. And Americans think it is the poor people bilking our government out of money? No, it's the greedy people in the medical field. Dr. Lane also displays these very child like drawings all over his office that he painted. I sure hope he is better at surgery than he is at drawing! I found him, strange, arrogant and not very knowledgeable.

This "Doctor" to me personally was condescending, arrogant, and belittling. I felt insignificant and I was taking up his valuable time being a patient. He laughed at me when I told him my initial diagnosis, which caused my disability, which caused me great emotional pain after all I have been through. During his limited examination he was physically rough, and dismissed everything I said. During the exam he began dictating his notes about me to some Doctor I have never heard of, when I mentioned it he just glared at me. I was told to wait outside for a hearing test, sitting there I felt like I was just treated like a child. When the young lady came to get me for the test, I politely told her I was leaving the visit is terminated. Then as I was leaving, as staff person in scrubs ran after me screaming about the co-pay across the parking lot. HIPPA violation? You bet!
