The doctor is basically rude. His staff is overwhelmed as they see far too many patients in each day to make as much profit as possible, so they end up being rude. He seems quite knowledgeable but rather than discuss things he simply orders you on a course of action, usually prescribes some pain killers, and sends you on your way. Cold, uninterested. No "bedside manner" whatsoever. There are plenty of doctors in the area, why not choose someone else.
