I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Gonder. So caring, helpful, and kind. He explained everything . I know he is or has retired, and he will be missed.

Not at all impressed. Waited two hours for initial appointment. Not very caring with elderly patient I accompanied. Will be looking elsewhere if next appointment is similar.

Dr. Gonder one amazing man. I went to all my mother's appointments. He explained all details to mother and I. He answered all our questions. He is truly concerned about his clients and their family concerns. There is no hesitation in his response to any question.
PS he wears great colourful sox. 👍

I saw Doctor Gonder for a diagnosis. He explained the reasons behind the diagnosis and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful with a good bedside manner. The staff around him at the Ivey Institute were helpful and friendly.

Having had an emergency retinal repair this week I can honestly say that Heather and Dr. Gonder not only reassured me but left me feeling totally relaxed before the procedure. He talks to you throughout the entire procedure telling you at all times what he is doing and yes, he has a great bedside manner. I don't think anyone could ever thank him enough.

So happy we are blessed to have such wonderful Drs in London. Dr. Gonder as so many have said, has an excellant bed-side manner and will answer every question and takes the time to explain what is going on and what he's doing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the recovery room and surgical staff at St Joes were so very kind in such a stressful situation. Thank you to all.
