Had lots of work done about 10 years ago. All her work either broke, was incorrectly done, or fell out within a year. I am suffering now due to her terrible work and current dentists can not overcome. She has cost me $1000’s since, trying to keep my once good smile and teeth. DO NOT use this dentist!!!!! She has caused me now to require false teeth. Is that what you want?

I agree she seems like she doesn't care and just likes to collect money. Always suggests extra work to "save" a tooth, then it needs to be pulled anyways.

I saw Dr, Pepper in the late 90's.. I got an infection and lost a tooth because of her.. she may have all the latest equipment, but is NOT a good dentist... she was also a SNOB.. I'm very poor and have been having a hard time without my tooth.. my son felt the same way about her.. She's SNOB and that's ALL.. Left me with a very bad impression, that after all this time I still have regrets for going to her.. She kept sending invitations to go back.. I just ignored.. We have one very great fantastic dentist right now.. This dentist works for another dentist she never inherited 'daddy's practice"... Dr. Karen Pepper is not a dentist with compassion, or knowledge.. I'm the one that has been suffering with a missing tooth all these years..and I'm the one who got the infection... Thank God it's at the back and no one can see it, still, eating has been very hard and still is without my tooth.. Her and her stupid computer that shows what she's doing.. who cares what she's doing.. she should just do it RIGHT, instead describing what she's doing.. She has NO CONSCIENCE...

Staff is SOOO awesome, Dr.Pepper makes me happy while she repairs my teeth. The welcoming tone of the office never fails to brighten my day. Highly recommended Dentist office.

Dr. Pepper and her staff are so caring and helpful! I get scared when having work done on my teeth and Dr. Pepper really put me at ease, which means a lot to me. She really understands that some people get scared at the dentist and tries very hard to put her patients at ease. I also visited Dr. Pepper for a mouth guard (for grinding) and she was amazingly helpful. She let me come back in three times at no charge, so have it adjusted. I felt terrible for taking up so much of her time but even on the third visit, she said that I could come back anytime to have it adjusted. She's a gem of a dentist and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Pepper and her staff are simply amazing! She's very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I personally get very nervous at the dentist and she made sure to ask how I was feeling before the check-up. It meant a lot to me that she cared if I was upset or uneasy (and asked several times during my cleaning if I was still doing okay). All the staff were amazingly nice and like others have said, they're very punctual. I'm from a small community and going here felt a bit like home. I highly recommend Dr. Pepper!

Always on time. Staff is very friendly and treat you like family. I no longer live in the area but travel to continue going to this dentist as I trust and value her care.
