Did my procedure, then I find out that he's not allowed to practice anymore. Apparently this is due to a "restricted license" which I had no idea about prior to the surgery. The Humber hospital failed me, and Dr. Charendoff has failed me. As I have not seen him or spoken to him for years since my surgery. I now suffer complications from that procdure, and will need to endure that pain for the rest of my life.

There is no better Dr than Dr Charendoff. He saved my life in emergency surgery and was the most caring and compassionate Dr with every follow up visit to ensure I never experienced. He is a God send and I was blessed to be brought to Humber River hospital and have him conduct the procedure. I have had other urologists in the past and all were over worked and over booked because of a lack of specialization. He needs to continue practicing and helping his patients who value his skill, expertise and compassion.

Dr Charendoff is practicing under a restricted license. He should not be allowed to ever see another patient. Allowing him to practice in any capacity is a disservice to the public.

I'm a prior patient of Dr. Jeffrey Charendoff. I'm in dire straits for treatment and can't get another urologist because I was a patient of Dr. Charendoff. Does anyone else have the same problem finding a new doctor to treat them😢

I need help Dr. Charendoff! I can't get another urologist to see me??? These other urologist won't treat me or believe what's wrong with me. They say all my treatments are old school! Like what to heck, Are they talking about. Thank you. Mary K.

I am appalled at how the medical community is treating people that were patients of Dr. Charendoff. I found him to be caring, knowledgeable, and wanted to ensure he was easing your pain and suffering. He never doubted what you were telling him, or made you feel defensive as other urologist have made me feel about my bladder condition. Basically, other urologist did not believe I was in pain. So crazy! Once I heard that Dr. Charendoff essentially retired, I was in a panic as I knew how I would be treated by other urologist, and I was right. If it were not for my amazing family Dr. who has been working with me to get the help I need I would be in a dark place that's for sure. Dr's today are so afraid to treat their patient's suffering with pain medication because of the Opioid epidemic, it has paralyzed the medical community for fear they will be flagged. I believe it's a form of medical malpractice to let a patient suffer. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine if a patient is abusing or taking as prescribed for the pain they suffer. The pain meds have allowed me to have a normal life, work, and provide for my family. Without it it's unbearable. Now I can't find a Urologist to help me, and it should not fall onto my Family Dr to manage a Urology problem. Now what?

Dr Charendoff has been my urologist for more than 25 years. He is a great doctor with unbelievable amount of knowledge, compassion , devotion, and professionalism, in which all doctors should all aim to be. I very disappointed that he has not been practicing for the last year or so , but whatever the rumour I don’t believe it to be true. . I say this only because in the last 25 years he has been nothing but professional, and extremely caring in the care he has given me. My only wish , is that he will be back in his practice soon ,so I can run right back to his care. I wish him the very best and hope to see him return very soon.. Giancarlo Joe Rubino
