Dr Ropp and his staff have been wonderful. Dr Ropp has been our family physician for many years, and we've had no complaints except once when we didn't hear the results of a test until we'd called several times. Other than that, they've been superb. I highly recommend this practice.

This doctor is a generally nice guy and I believe a good doctor, but the staff and the facility are so poorly managed and rude it takes away from the service to the point I dont want to go there anymore. Extremely long wait times, losing charts, forgetting you are there, not returning phone calls etc.
