My father checked into Mt Carmel East with cronic diarrhea. Sams diagnosis was the flu and gave my father imodium. Sams never bothered to check my fathers medical history which shows he had an intestinal blockage in the past. Sams never bother to take the time to X-Ray my fathers belly which was severelly swollen. My father laid in bed for 5 days, contracted phneumonia, his blood pressure fell to severelly unsafe levels and his kidneys started to fail. Turns out he had a blockage the whole time which was the root cause of his problem. He became septic from a gastro infection and almost died. He is now in critical condition on a ventalator. I would highly recommend that if in Columbus Ohio at Mt Carmel East, DO NOT let Sams get involved.

Jeffery was very nice to me. Very helpful and reassuring. He acted like he knew what he was talking about. He didn't beat around the bush like most doctors do. His staff was excellent. I would reccomend this doctor to anyone. Thanks for everything Dr. Sams
