One staff member, I believe her name is spelled "Frida" was very helpful and kind. I had an office visit whereas a test was performed. I was told I'd receive a call with the test results in a few days. I sat on pins and needles awaiting the test results. After waiting many days, I called and spoke to Frida about the test results. She checked the doctor's desk and my test results were on the top of a pile. Yet I waited and waited, called Frida many times over, yet Andrew (he goes by Andrew) Lee did not return my calls with the test results for along time; I believe my wait for his call was about two looooooooong weeks. His manner was arrogant and condescending, which I do not appreciate.
